Efficient tips to avoid obesity.

   Malaysia is well-known for its variety choices of food which also famously known as ‘heaven of food’ among the tourists who visit Malaysia. Hence, being one of the countries which owns higher rate of obesity among the society is no longer surprising thing to the world. There are a lot of facts have proven that obesity in Malaysia is a common thing and still on rising. Malaysian Health of Ministry begins to aware of this issue as the higher rate of obesity leads to the higher rate of serious illness which due to the obesity itself. In fact, the ministry has come up with several alternatives that might raise the awareness of obesity to the society hoping that they are not practising eating over the limit when it comes to food. For example, awareness campaign and other events that might contribute in reducing the rate of obesity. Besides, there are also a lot of tips that can be practiced by society to avoid obesity and shaping their lives in a better way.

   One of the best ways to avoid obesity is always eat plenty of healthy food especially organic food. Taking organic food or vegetables more than other products can boost up the energy in addition to controlling the storage of fats in your body. Besides it helps a lot in excretory system in our body as organic vegetables contain a high rate of fibre which helps in excretion. In addition, try to use natural herbs as well such as green tea and aloe vera which also contributes in losing weight.
   
   Apart from that, one should always drink plenty of water because water is best-known for its role in detoxification. Water helps us to eliminate the toxins in the body and also one of the most important element that our body to consume in order to have enough energy. It also helps in digestive system to function efficiently to get rid of metabolic and other waste.


   In conclusion, a proper and hard work is needed to help the society to avoid the obesity. Always consistent in whatever they consume is the most important element so that they are aware of obesity. Hence, a great achievement such as preventing this obesity among society can only occur not only by being aware of it but also to practice on how to curb it.
