One of the best ships I ever had.

Friendship is one of the greatest part of my life. Friends are seemed to be the significant roles in building up the charisma in me. It is all started when I met a girl which I first entered the college life. Having a best friend in just a short period of time is something wonderful that I can never expect in my life. Not to mention, true friend is really helping you a lot in every aspects which is definitely rare to find. The girl's name is Nabila. A girl that I just have knew in my life.

Entering a new phase of life could create mixed feelings in oneself. Nervous, shaking and happy at the same moment was a common thing that one would experience for the first time. At first I was hesitated to further my study in a local university as it was my very first time staying far away from my family as well as my other best friends. Yet, with the fully supports from the backbones of my life,family, which was proudly and eagerly wanted to see me with a degree in dentistry in future boosted my spirit to stay and worked hard on achieving the goal of my life.

There, I got stayed in a medium size of room which accommodated two people. It was fully furnished and I could say it was very convenient for higher-learning institutions students to study there. There were quite two large lockers and two desks with a studying lamp each. At that moment, I already had a room mate named Nabila. Well, apparently she looked nice from the way she behaved and greeted me. So, it gave me a quite nice first impression on her. As time passed by, I got to know her better and closer. She was a good listener indeed. We spent time frequently and I could say most of the time as both of us were in the same course.

From what I could see, she was a very loving and caring person. This was totally opposed my personality as I used to behave a bit boyish and also a frank person. Basically, the personality in her had quite affected me a lot in terms of my behaviour as well as my attitude. Every time I faced any difficulties and problems, she would definitely give some great advices which eventually make me realised that to solve a problem, you had to face it not flee from it. There were so many new things that she taught me in life that even make me to appreciate more for what we had not to always hope for a good deeds and things to happen.

Even though sometimes she used to annoy me but at the end I managed to deal with it. Personally, when two people were getting closer and understand each other very well, they would definitely survive on any thing that bring harms that might tear them apart. Now, we are still keeping in touch together even we are parted by the distance. The best thing is still happening between us that she will always call me her sister and we will always be. This is the best friendship I ever had and maybe I cannot bear to lose a wonderful friend like her.

Efficient tips to avoid obesity.

   Malaysia is well-known for its variety choices of food which also famously known as ‘heaven of food’ among the tourists who visit Malaysia. Hence, being one of the countries which owns higher rate of obesity among the society is no longer surprising thing to the world. There are a lot of facts have proven that obesity in Malaysia is a common thing and still on rising. Malaysian Health of Ministry begins to aware of this issue as the higher rate of obesity leads to the higher rate of serious illness which due to the obesity itself. In fact, the ministry has come up with several alternatives that might raise the awareness of obesity to the society hoping that they are not practising eating over the limit when it comes to food. For example, awareness campaign and other events that might contribute in reducing the rate of obesity. Besides, there are also a lot of tips that can be practiced by society to avoid obesity and shaping their lives in a better way.

   One of the best ways to avoid obesity is always eat plenty of healthy food especially organic food. Taking organic food or vegetables more than other products can boost up the energy in addition to controlling the storage of fats in your body. Besides it helps a lot in excretory system in our body as organic vegetables contain a high rate of fibre which helps in excretion. In addition, try to use natural herbs as well such as green tea and aloe vera which also contributes in losing weight.

   

   Apart from that, one should always drink plenty of water because water is best-known for its role in detoxification. Water helps us to eliminate the toxins in the body and also one of the most important element that our body to consume in order to have enough energy. It also helps in digestive system to function efficiently to get rid of metabolic and other waste.

   In conclusion, a proper and hard work is needed to help the society to avoid the obesity. Always consistent in whatever they consume is the most important element so that they are aware of obesity. Hence, a great achievement such as preventing this obesity among society can only occur not only by being aware of it but also to practice on how to curb it.

Studying locally or abroad is better?

    With a great achievement, a student has a chance of continuing his or her studies in a higher level of institute. Society nowadays tends to assume studying abroad is way better than studying locally. In fact, the vacancies of most company require more students graduated abroad rather than those graduated from local university.  However, there are certain cases which undergraduates from abroad also are not high quality in academic qualification. Hence, this has created a perception towards the society to never have a thought of everything from abroad is a high-quality product. Perhaps, those students who studied in local university are far better than those from abroad.

   Studying abroad does gave something positive to the society. However, they do not realize that they are actually underestimating our students who study locally. This is actually has given them a negative impact as they may think that even how hard and excellent they have done in their studies, they will never get to compete with the undergraduates from abroad. They indeed tend to think that the quality that they have inside them will never be at the same level of the students from abroad. To be frank, studying locally is more saving than studying abroad. Yet, it increases our own economy which is more useful to our country rather than sending students studying abroad. This is because our local university mostly are high in quality as the university in overseas.

   

   In conclusion, studying locally is just the same as studying abroad. Society may look up on those who are graduated abroad. However, when it comes to Malaysian System in any field of jobs, they may not fit in the qualifications of the jobs locally. Hence, it is very important to convince the society to never underestimate the local university students of their qualification. This is because they probably do better than the overseas students.

Effective ways can be used by teachers to motivate students to learn.

   To be a successful teacher, one does not necessarily have to make sure all students are focusing and fully paying attention to him in a class. In fact, to be able nurturing a higher level of interest in learning among the students in their class,a teacher will certainly succeed as an educator. It is the responsibility of teachers and also education system itself in order to keep students motivated to learn. However, to encourage students to learn is tough especially for those teachers are just about to start teaching as people seem to notice it is as an easy job to do. Moreover, a high expectation from the students themselves, parents and society towards a teacher is really matter in order to nurture them on keep learning. Hnece, there are several ways for the teachers to use so that students are motivated to learn and study.

  One of the ways that can be used by teachers is basically giving rewards to make the students interested in learning. This is because to use punishment and threats to students in learning is not effective yet it ruins the learning process itself. Good performances will be rewarded with credits or prizes but the poor one will be either more monitored by the teachers or ignored. This system is very effective to the students so that there will be a healthy and competitive spirits among them to study.

  Another way to keep students learning is making the process itself fun. It is possibly one of the best methods to the students. To learn in a really convinient classroom with fully equipped with tools that suits the learning process and also facilitated by an enthusiasm teacher,will definitely inspires the students to learn. So, in addition to create a class be as interesting and fun as possible, one may reward those who beyond the expectation and also penalise the indiscipline students too.

  In conclusion, to motivate students keep on learning and studying is not an easy task. Yet, to make them to have interest in learning, the educators need to make a lot of efforts. Besides, they also need to understand the students as well especially those with lower performances. So that they manage to help and improvise their teaching skill in order to make the students never lose hope and continue to learn.

Are early marriages more likely to end in divorces?

   Early marriages have been a trend among young teenagers nowadays. These young teenagers state many strong reasons and any logical statements to support early amrriage which I personally agree with it. This is because by getting married, there a re a lot of problems such a social problems that can lead to other serious cases like abortion, rape and others. However, some of the aprents and old folks do not agree much on early marriage since all the young teenagers now are not matured enough and not like their previous time. In fact, they will have assumed that early marriage morelikely to end up in divorce. To be frank, I would say that it depends and early marriages do have their own advantages and disadvantages.
 
  It is not necessarily that early marriages are moore likely ended up with divorce. This is because there must be a lot of factors that cause a marriage to end in divorce which I assume that there are always solutions of preventing it to occur. The most important element in a marriage especially for early marriage, planning is compulsory. To get planning before marriage is needed either mentally or physically. This is because teenagers will have known the real life of facing marriage phase and also the challenging of its journey. Besides, it will also teach them to be more matured in deciding any decision that related to the reality of marriage.

  Apart from that, it may also lead to divorce in a certain cases of early marriage. Frankly speaking, early marriage that involves young teenagers, they may not withstand the pressure of the marriage. It is tough. They could even argue on certain small matters which at last ended with a big fight and eventually divorce. In addition, early marriage can end with divorce when the understanding and chemistry between them are getting lesser day by day. Not to mention, the trustworthy too. So without thinking wisely, they can simply end up their marriage with a divorce.

  In conclusion, early marriage are not likely to end in divorce. This is because there are a lot of effective ways in order to survive in a marriage. Moreover, to get married early as easy as possible, one must have been through a counselling session about a marriage just before they get married. Hence, they must have an enough thought of having a married life before they get married.
